Consultation
A consultation with an attorney is an essential opportunity to provide prospective clients with a detailed analysis of their legal problems, needs and goals. The initial consultation provides necessary information to analyze all options, including the timing and cost for achieving the results sought. Consultations are provided in-person. Prior to a consultation, we ask that potential clients gather copies of their immigration-related documents, including passports, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, I-797c receipts, and any other previous submissions to the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court. Complete copies of any criminal records also are essential. Please either bring the documents with you to your in-person consultation meeting, or transmit them at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation.
Consultation Fee
An affordable consultation fee will be assesed to cover the cost of the time involved in providing a detailed analysis of a case. The consultation fee is credited towards the total fee for a case if the attorney is retained.
In some instances, the consultation fee can be waived. Please call and inquire.
Legal Fees
Fees in each case reflect the individual facts presented during the consultation, the urgency of the client’s problem, and the anticipated time and skill required to achieve the client’s goals. We charge different fees for different services, often based on the complexity of your case. If you do not have a good case, we will tell you this before you make the decision to hire us.
Payment Plans
We offer comprehensive payment plans to fit your budget. Cases will require a down payment in order for the attorneys to begin working on your matter, however monthly payments can be made after that. We cannot offer a payment plan in all cases. Schedule an appointment to discuss your options.
Please be on time for your scheduled consultation. If you are unavoidably delayed, or need to cancel, please call the office and let us know.
